Freedom of the Press Foundation's executive director Trevor Timm will explore the history of source protection, why the Obama administration has been able to prosecute more whistleblowers in history, and how journalists can fight back using technology. He will also talk about SecureDrop, an open-source whistleblower submission system that any journalism organization can set up.
